1. Do you sell physical products?

- At the moment, all of products are digital. Upon purchase, you will receive your digital files through a downloadable link.

 

2. How do I start using my new planner?

-  After purchasing and downloading your new planner to your device.

- Locate the Goodnotes app on your iPad and open it. The app icon resembles a blue pen and white paper. (If you do not already have the app downloaded, please download through the App store or Google Play)

-Import the digital planner: In Goodnotes, tap on the "+" icon or the "New" button to create a new notebook. Choose the option to import a document or file. Browse through the Files app or any other location where you saved your digital planner and select the planner file you want to import.

- Navigate through the planner: Once the planner is imported, you can see the different pages and sections. You can swipe left or right to move between pages, just like flipping through a physical planner.

 

3. How do I use Goodnotes?

Goodnotes provides various tools to interact with your digital planner. Tap on the pen icon at the top of the screen to access different pen and highlighter options. You can choose different colors, line thickness, and even add custom pens.

Write or type on the planner: Use your Apple Pencil or your finger to write directly on the planner. If you prefer typing, tap on the text icon (T) and then tap on the planner page where you want to add text. You can change the font, size, and color of the text.

Add shapes, stickers, or images: Goodnotes allows you to enhance your planner by adding shapes, stickers, or even images. Tap on the shape icon to insert various shapes. You can also use the sticker icon to access pre-designed stickers or import your own. To add images, tap on the image icon and choose an image from your iPad's photo library or import one from another source.

Use the zoom window: Goodnotes has a zoom window feature that allows you to write or draw with precision. Pinch out with two fingers to activate the zoom window. You can adjust the size and position of the window as per your preference.

Highlight, underline, or erase: To highlight or underline text or drawings, select the highlighter tool and drag it over the desired content. If you make a mistake or want to remove something, tap on the eraser icon and swipe it over the content you want to erase.

Organize your planner: Goodnotes offers various organization features. You can create different notebooks for specific purposes, use tabs or dividers to separate sections, and even rearrange or duplicate pages within the planner.

Utilize the navigation panel: Goodnotes has a navigation panel on the left side of the screen that displays an overview of all the pages in your planner. You can use this panel to quickly navigate to a specific page by tapping on it.

Sync and backup your planner: It's important to regularly sync and back up your planner to avoid losing your data. Goodnotes provides options to sync with cloud storage services like iCloud, Google Drive, or Dropbox. You can enable automatic syncing in the app's settings.
